Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

All eligible returns made within 14 days will receive store credit automatically uploaded to your Turquoise Hanger profile (automatically applied at checkout on your next purchase). Returns are not accepted after 14 days of shipment/purchase date. All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke/odor free condition. All items must be returned with the original tags attached, if applicable. Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox, if received that way. The shoebox must be packaged in proper shipping paper and must be returned to us undamaged. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on jewelry, swimwear, or sale/discounted items. Any item discounted 20% off or more qualifies for a discounted item. Sale/discounted items, as listed previously, are final sale items. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. With that shipping fees are not refunded on your store credit. If you received a damaged item, there is a three day notification (via e-mail turquoisehanger@yahoo.com) policy from the day you received your item. Damaged items must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment with tags still attached. We cannot technically do exchanges because we cannot guarantee availability of all items, but if the item is still in stock we will be happy to exchange.

If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return/exchange then you will be responsible to email turquoisehanger@yahoo.com within 14 days and pay the return shipping fees in order for your item to be sent back to you.

You should expect to receive your store credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).



We ship to the US and Canada.

When you place an order, your items are shipped within 48 hours during the Monday-Friday business week and a tracking number is issued.



Pre-ordered items/orders may not be canceled while waiting on shipment. These items were pre-ordered with a time frame for when they would ship. Please check dates closely when ordering pre-ordered items. If you place an order with several items, your total order will not ship until your pre-ordered item is in stock and ready to ship. We suggest placing seperate orders for non-preordered items to receive them in normal shipping times.
